Very forthcoming reception. Only downside is I missed a real armchair for resting in the evening. Not just a normal chair. And even if you close the shower door, you get a lot of water on the floor outside. I would happily stay here again"

Fantastic tasty dishes for breakfast.
Breakfast bit complicated. In my opinion negative. You have to choose 1 dish out of 4 different subjects. No chance to mix with small changes. Ex yoghurt and fruit same category. Big portions, so if you ask for half yoghurt and fruit, you get anyway 2 portions, eat half and pay for extra dish???

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand. Great location with easy access to train stations and trams. Staff were friendly. The heated pool was a bonus. The restaurant served fabulous Indian food in the evening and the Grain Store in Flinders Lane, that they recommended for breakfast, was superb. Definitely will stay there again."

"Nice hotel rooms, great location and generally good service. However, we had multiple bad experiences with the service at the breakfast buffet and the pool was poorly equipped with daybeds and places to chill. "
