Property was a little quirky, but had a great stay. The house is an older cottage that appears to have been added on to a few times. This creates a rambling layout with several step ups and step downs. The rear porch was recently made into a screened in back porch. I could tell as there was still some construction debris on the porch and the only patio furniture where 2 folding camp chairs. The grill was falling over and the grate bad, so it wasn't usable. The gazebo was a little worn and we couldn't figure out how to get the power on. Only other concern was a few of the electrical outlets either didn't have plate covers or they were sticking out. Oh ya, in the master bedroom there are no closets and the dresser had someone's clothes in several drawers, so that was weird. The mulch guy also showed up and wanted us to move our cars to the street so he could have better access. We did not. There as a golf cart that took up a parking spot. This was a guys weekend stay, so it worked well for us. Great location, easy walks to everything. With a little polish, could be a premium stay. Was very roomy.
