"They are expanding so the construction noise was annoying. The property was pretty clean for the most part. They only really had 1 restaurant for breakfast/lunch. You have to make dinner reservations. The restaurants were good. Trolleys ran every 15 minutes to take you around the property. The staff were nice. Room service was sub par. Not sure if it was due to the language barrier but they took an hour every time and got our order wrong every time. Enjoyed our stay overall."

"What a magnificent location for a property! Part of the beach where they clear the rocks is amazing. The place felt totally empty. Very spacious. Excellent service. Food was overly expensive but very tasty. My favorite part was that the pools were warm so I actually wanted to stay in. Overall excellent stay. "

"La Jolla is a small condo complex sitting up above beach level. There are stairs that lead to the small, quaint beach where you can have food, massages, rent kayaks/paddle boards, or hire out a boat excursion. We love it here. The one restaurant on property is excellent but isn't open year round. You might have to navigate a couple flights of stairs depending on condo but they were working on extending the elevator when we were there last."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xinalani. The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. The food was outstanding. The service was kind and attentive. I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years but this was the best trip. Being on a secluded private beach and watching all the wildlife was fantastic. The daily yoga class is not to be missed. Nearby is a fun walk to a waterfall, a small town to wander, and a longer hike to other beaches. "

"Don't be fooled by this property post. When I rented, the post stated I was renting an "entire" property that had a pool. Not at all the case. This property is an apartment complex with shared amenities. The unit itself is a studio with two or three other apartments above it.
