"The hotel is perfectly located and has some great pool areas. There is a 5 minute walk to Penol Rock and 10 minutes drive in a "Tuk Tuk" taxi to Guatape City. The staff are nice and helpful, but do not understand English. Their sense of service is also far from European standard, for example, the breakfast buffet was taking out 20 minutes before the breakfast was officially finished. "
