"Had asked for an airport pickup. He didn't show and after several calls with the hotel, they had another drive to come and drive me. That resulted in 30 minutes wait and they still charged me.

"Staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind. It was raining during our stay and the staff were working tirelessly to keep the floors shinning and free of dirt tracked in from the street. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and the staff would serve you and make omelets or sunnyside-up, The area at night was quiet and it was easily accessible as it is in the town centre. The beds are comfortable and washrooms have enough towels, soap and shampoo. Tub also drains well. Only missing...

"Me and my party enjoy our stay. Our flight for the day we were to check out was a late flight and management was kind enough to give us a late checkout. The apartments are very comfortable and clean and accommodating Keith was very kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay a highly recommend these apartments. The room seemed more like something from a cheap movie where the its being used for a hour of cheating.

"Nie wieder! Das einzig Gute ist, dass das Hotel mitten in der Stadt ist, man erreicht alles gut. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, im Bad funktionierte die Dusche nicht und erst nach mehreren Reklamationen wurde sie repariert. "Mombasa is HOT! They have A/C and while it is not real powerful it was a life saver and adequate! The cleaning staff was great especially Pamela who did so much for us! I would rate it highly for the type of hotel"
