The calm waters of the lake seem to cradle you gently when you wake up, and say goodnight with the reflected lights of the evening: BELLARIVA is a daydream, a romantic nest that enjoys a privileged view of Lake Lugano.



This lovely duplex is located in Pianroncate di Montagnola, on the western branch of Ceresio. On the ground floor it is composed of the living room, furnished with a white leather sofa for comfortably watching a film on the flat-screen TV or reading a book, and the kitchen, small but complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home. Going up the stairs you reach the sleeping area. From the master bedroom you will enjoy the best view of the wonderful surrounding panorama, both from the bed and from the balcony! The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower.

The house has a large patio furnished with table and chairs and deckchairs for sunbathing and drying off after a swim. The private pier is available to dock your vessel, or a rental boat.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

BELLARIVA is located in Pianroncate of Collina d\'Oro, a scenic and renowned town in the Lugano area. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the city center of Lugano, walk along the lakeside, go shopping in via Nassa, dine in one of the beautiful squares. In 5 minutes you can reach Agno, with its Lido, shops and restaurants, a town served by supermarkets, post office and bank. For sports lovers, you can rent SUPs and kayaks and go water skiing in Agno. From here and from Lugano it is also possible to take the tourist boat to discover the picturesque villages overlooking the lake.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: in 15 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, from Lugano station take the train towards “Ponte Tresa” for 3 stops and get off at the “Cappella-Agnuzzo” station. From here take bus n.433 direction “Lugano, Autosilo Balestra” for 5 stops and get off at the “Montagnola, Pianroncate” stop. Walk 1 minute to the apartment.
