Welcome to The Kozy Cottage! This is a recently updated 2 bed, 1 bath home, conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and all things Aggieland! We provide essential toiletries, kitchen basics, and a cozy space to make your own. The location of this is less than 10 minutes away from some of College Station’s hottest spots!
The space
This home is newly remodeled, each bedroom carefully curated for your comfort, featuring memory foam mattresses and large closets for your belongings. There are two queen beds and an air mattress provided. The downstairs living area has plenty of room to snuggle up and watch your favorite movies or hang around with friends. Enjoy your private, fenced backyard while relaxing under the string lights. The fire pit is perfect for hanging around or making s'mores!

*AMENITIES:
We provide essential toiletries: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. As well as kitchen essentials: coffee, salt & pepper, condiments, cooking spray, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash can liners.

*ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival.

*PARKING:
There is a private driveway for up to 2 cars to park. Additional street parking available if needed.


*BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. There is an air mattress provided for extra sleeping as well. The living room has two comfortable couches that could also be slept on. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.

*KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil


*PET FRIENDLY:
This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $25 per pet. This helps ensure I can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book I will request the additional pet fee from you. If I discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.
