Over 8000 TV channels for movies, sports, news and entertainment. Enjoy the gorgeous abundant private patio, garden & large salt water pool-perfect for lounging & outdoor dining. A spacious, comfy, living room w/ lots of seating. Modern ensuite bathrooms & balconies at all bedrooms.

Indigo Bay is indisputably the best location on the island. Isolated tranquility but with the benefit of being close to every convenience needed including supermarkets, restaurants, luxury shopping, Great Bay, Phillipsburg, Simpson's Bay etc.

THE SPACE:
This contemporary, modern home has been NEWLY renovated and is immaculately maintained, so everything is fresh and clean. All new linens and towels and so on.
Fibre optic INTERNET with mesh network. Please keep in mind we are on a Caribbean island and very seldom we can encounter short term island wide outages.
EACH BEDROOM has floor to ceiling glass doors with its own dedicated balcony with spectacular views of the Caribbean and nearby islands.
THE MAIN LEVEL is a contemporary grand open concept space, with floor to ceiling glass and patio doors allowing for spectacular views of the Caribbean and neighboring islands.

A fully equipped spacious GOURMET KITCHEN with gas cook top and in-cabinet oven, ready for the master chef to enjoy cooking while overlooking the patio, pool and Caribbean. Stocked with high quality pots, pans, food processor, instant pot, blender, microwave, juicer, mocha coffee maker, drip coffee machine, Nespresso machine and much more......

The oversized patio doors allow for direct access to the outdoor dining, garden, patio, and pool areas from both the kitchen and living room.

The upper entry level has floor to ceiling glass as well, where you'll find spacious bedrooms with dedicated balconies, 2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower and other with a bathtub and shower combination), laundry, main hallway and loft. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with custom cabinetry. The guest bedroom has large wall to wall wardrobe.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire property is fully accessible to our guests and is for our guest's private use only. It is important to us that our guests feel like they are in their very own private oasis during their stay.

Free parking on the property's 2 driveways is included.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The water in Indigo Bay is 100% safe and drinkable. Additionally, we have a whole home water filtration system as well as a reverse osmosis water filtration system installed in the kitchen for fresh drinking water.

The pool has a large very shallow wading area for little ones who can’t quite swim or for grown ups who just want to enjoy a drink while sitting in the water..


The pool maintenance technician services and cleans pool 2x per week - Tuesday and Friday mid morning(which may vary).

This is the best location on the island if you want both tranquility as well as access to important amenities such as shopping, supermarkets, entertainment, and the beach etc.

Absolute paradise Iris and Marco are the best.  Their home is amazing, the view is fantastic, and you could not ask for more helpful, generous and thoughtful hosts. The unit is very large, and features just two bedrooms.  It was a luxurious stay for four people, but worth every penny.   The pool is wonderfully sized and brought considerable solace to sunburned skin as well as a brilliant way to spend before that first cup of coffee in the morning.   The appliances are all new and very well maintained.   Everything you need is right there Five is not enough stars.

Exceptionally clean and spacious. Went as a group of 4 women for our annual girls trip and it was everything we wanted. Close to the beach (a 9 min walk) and indigo bay beach club where you can rent towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Drinks and food were reasonably priced and delicious. We cooked breakfast each day and the kitchen was fully stocked with stainless steel pots and pans. We had the best time relaxing by the private pool and could not have asked for a better vacation.

Beautiful property with the most accommodating and friendly hosts. Large double ensuites and huge living area. Beautiful outdoor spaces with some shade, a large pool and beautiful views. You can catch cruise ships sailing by nightly and we caught great fireworks in indigo bay over Christmas. Self check-in was easy. Will stay here again.

Iris and Marco have a beautiful home that is quiet and in a convenient location to hop around the island with a rental. The layout of the house is nice. They were easy to communicate with whenever we had questions or minor issues. We look forward to a return visit and would stay again.

A MUST stay place!!

This is an amazing well equipped vacation rental. I’ve traveled all over the world and gotta say this particular property stands out. It’s the little things? For example, they have dishwasher soap, trash bags and coffee union arrival. I can’t begin to tell You how many box’s of trash bags or dishwasher soap I’ve had to purchase to just stay at a property 4-5 days. The AC units worked fantastic, all the furniture was comfy especially the king bed! The views amazing and it being centrally located made it easy to get anywhere on the island in 10-15 min

Pictures look great, but it’s better in person!

It’s a rare thing when seeing a rental up close is more impressive than the photos (which are beautiful). This house is stunning. My wife and I stayed with two friends and loved it. It’s a beautiful home and yard set in a gorgeous location with Instagram-ready views of the ocean. The house is well thought out to the finest details, from the bedside charge ports to the spacious closets that make unpacking a breeze. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful if you have questions. They communicate proactively with clear, detailed instructions and directions to the home. Highly recommend this owner and property. I’ll be back!,

Beautiful Clean Property Great Location and Views

Home is modern, clean and comfortable. It has everything needed for a great stay. The street is easy to navigate and there are 2 parking places available in the front of the home. Location is perfect. Easy to access shopping, food and beaches. Views of the ocean are amazing. There is a neighborhood bar and grill within walking distance and has beach access. Many places around the island are congested and parking is difficult. It was a breeze to get in and out of this neighborhood and park at the house. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home!

My husband and I stayed here with our 16-year-old niece in March. I can’t convey how wonderful the house is — immaculate, lots of light, well laid out, gorgeous kitchen and yard space — or how much we enjoyed the neighborhood and island. The house is on a hillside with stunning views of the Caribbean, and there is a restaurant and very nice beach at the bottom of the hill. The Carrefour is a short drive away for groceries, and it’s an easy drive to Phillipsburg or Grand Case for lunch, dinner, shopping, and more. The owners are terrific, responding to even minor questions quickly and clearly, and were kind enough to leave us some welcome treats. Thank you Iris and Marco — we very much hope to return to your lovely home.

Great little villa in a beautiful bay

We spent a month at the villa and loved every minute of it. The villa was very nice. We especially enjoyed the patio and pool and easy access to Indigo Bay beach. Indigo Bay beach is a hidden gem it's quiet and there is a great restaurant/beach club.

Amazing vacation Experience

This house stands to the description and more. It’s like a home away from home. It’s located for everything you need from supermarkets, restaurants, breath taking beaches, etc. Marco and Iris hospitality was amazing. They were always going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I recommend this home to everyone that wants to experience luxury, comfort and tranquility. My wife and I most definitely want to come back. We made fond memories there.

Not as expected

While this property is clean and St Martin is beautiful, the rental is not as advertised. Construction prevents a simple walk to beach from the rental, would be about 15 min walk steep downhill (no sidewalk) and then steep uphill back. Rental not very kid friendly; very slippery deck floor, and the closest beach has large waves (locals agreed not a calm beach). You will drive to any destination. The secluded nature of the area does not translate into privacy as you are adjoined to neighbors, who can easily see into deck area. If you go, take pictures before departure as host falsified information to claim the damage waiver. He was defensive in txt responses regarding any concerns about the rental. I anticipate there will be a response to this painting us in a bad light, so if you book, just book with caution and leave it cleaner than when you arrived.

Phenomenal!!

Me and my daughter had the most amazing stay in this villa. The view is amazing. The villa has all the amenities you can wish for. Location is nice and quiet in a residential area, yet night life, restaurants and bars are only minutes away. You can walk through the area for some exercise and enjoy more amazing views. The beach is within walking distance and has a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner and also for morning coffee or mimosa’s. Marco and Iris are lovely hosts and provide you with all information you need. We have been on Sint Maarten many times, but this was our first time in this place. We will definitely come back for a longer stay. This really is your home away from home! Thank you!
