Welcome to my home!

Right in the centre of Coimbra and with city views, this lovely 86m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have a walk-in shower and all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

This charming property is surrounded by various attractions that will make your stay unforgettable. Just a short distance away, you will find the whimsical Portugal dos Pequenitos, the lush greenery of Jardim Botânico da Universidade de Coimbra, the tranquil Jardins da Quinta das Lágrimas, and in a short distance of Coimbra-A Train Station and Santa Clara a Velha Monastery.

Coimbra Football Stadium is 3.7 km from the apartment, while the Palace of Bussaco is 29 km away.

Excellent dining options, such as Restaurante Solar do Bacalhau and Restaurante Tapas nas Costas, are nearby for those looking to indulge in the local cuisine. After a day of exploring the city, guests can relax and unwind at the various bars in the area.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
