"I was quite disappointed with my stay. While it's clear a lot of effort went into the hotel's design, they are lacking in some very crucial fundamentals. The rooms are dated, and the old carpets give off a stale smell that lacks freshness. While the bathroom was fine and the staff tried to be helpful, the organization was lacking. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, our room number was missing from their list almost every morning, leading to unnecessary questioning. I also don't understand how this qualifies as a 'spa hotel.' The pool is very small and was constantly dominated by children, as was the sauna. We gave the restaurant a chance, but the menu is extremely limited. Worst of all, the salmon served to my child was still cold in the middle—luckily, I checked it before they ate. The hotel is overrated for the price. The only real positives are the ski bus at the front, a decent breakfast, the shuttle to Chamonix center, and an accessible kids' room. However, the gym has broken equipment and desperately needs an upgrade. I would not come back."

"For a 5star hotel as they keep promoting, this was an beyond standard experience. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left. To start with the check in there was a queue of 9 couples checking in with only 1 person to check guest in. No information about facilities, breakfast etc. We meet outside the hotel with friends and got told that lucky if could get back in after 21.00? The room was not very clean and simple, nothing 5star about it. Use their spa/swimming pool the morning after and the hamman smelled like sour socks/baby poop. The views and placement of the hotel was beautiful and very pretty i have to say. "
