The main house spans two levels, boasting five bedrooms with ocean views and spacious living areas that effortlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces. The ground floor features an expansive living area with a cozy fireplace, a sophisticated dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors open out to the resort-style pool area on one side and an ocean-view patio with comfortable seating on the other.

Upstairs you'll find the Master Bedroom with super king bed, ocean views, and a luxe ensuite. There is a children's room with bunk beds (sleeping 3 children) and a dedicated lounge area for kids to unwind and play. Kids will absolutely love the play area adjacent to the pool area - with climbing wall and slippery slide, lawn area and a basketball ring. Children will also enjoy the in-ground trampoline in the front yard, adding an extra layer of family-friendly fun.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, powder room, living areas with gas fireplace plus the kitchen.
