A few things worth knowing before you book:

Sleeps up to 4 registered guests
No unregistered visitors are permitted to stay overnight
External CCTV camera present at front door entry for security and property monitoring purposes
Extra guest fee of $40 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests
No smoking anywhere on the property including the balcony. A cleaning and remediation fee of $100 will be charged for any breach of this policy.
No parties or events
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM
A pre-authorisation of $240 is placed on the card on file the day before check-out as a security deposit, covering damages and unapproved extra guests. Released within 7 days of check-out if no issues arise.
Self check-in via secure lockbox, with the code sent the day before
