🍴Cabinets are stacked ready with plates and cups and bowls for adults and kiddos.

☕️ Enjoy the coffee bar with by-the-cup or by-the-pot drip coffee and carafe, to keep your beverage fresh and deliciously hot.

🛋 2 large separate living room spaces to allow for enjoyment for all ages, with an upstairs and downstairs tv space.

📺 Main level tv room has a fireplace feature with adjustable temperature and the living room space welcomes you in with its own larger screen fireplace with adjustable color formatting.

💪🏼 Downstairs offers a mini gym, great for keeping fit or for a vibration session after a long day of exploring the local trails or lakes to soothe tired muscles.

Living room, bedrooms, and basement living room were all above average and very nice.Kitchen was not as updated as I thought it would be. (There were a few typical kitchen gadgets that were missing--for example a wine opener). The main bathroom needed an overhaul on tub/shower and flooring. The newer upstairs bathroom was quite nice. The "outdoor space" was very small and not inviting. The host is responsive and aims to please--eg. she located and was willing to deliver a pump for the inflatable water rings. Those are the reasons I give this a four star rating--not a 5 nor 3.

Nice place to stay

There were eight of us staying there and it was very comfortable a little problem getting the TVs on but it worked out. We came for a big family reunion so we were mostly at the parks and the beach.

The beds were comfortable, enough room for 8 people and close to town and parks.Although the home had a walk-in shower - on the 2nd floor - the home is not handicap accessible due to the 3 sets of stairs. Laundry supplies, paper towels and tp were not provided.

Lovely Stay

This was a wonderful place for my family to stay at, there was plenty of space for us and the kids. Beds were nice, loved the nice touches like snacks in the kitchen, lots of fuzzy blankets, and beach towels to use. Had an issue with the fridge and it was taken care of immediately. Location was close to the beach and parks. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Great getaway home!

This lovely home was perfect for our family getaway with friends. As a group of 7, we had plenty of room for all of us, was clean and comfortable. Close to everything…Silverwood, the lakes, shopping. The house had all the amenities plus extras. Would recommend and stay again next time we travel to Coeur d’Alene.

I got the place for my daughter and grandchildren and my son-in-law. They checked in at nine, which was great it’s just when they went to shower and got ready to lay down The linen on the bed was dirty. They found hair everywhere. They were tired from the long drive. The microwave had long pieces of hairs in it. The ref fridge wasn’t clean. Trash was left in the bathroom garbage can. I myself which is Jacquie, feels that Brooke, should have came over and checked it out prior to the check in. My daughter loved the place . Linda, mentioned Brooke, is a great communicator and response is quick 😊. I’m mom so I expected my family to come into a home that was in perfect condition with no flaws. Especially for the price that was paid for three nights. The correct dates are July 12-15th I would rent it again only if Brooke, go and check it out personally before we arrive. Housekeepers needs to pay more attention to detail. Thank you Jacquie A.

We loved staying in this house. It had plenty of room for our large group and the kids loved having the space downstairs to hang out. It was very comfortable and convenient to the lake.

Coeur d’Alene Home

This house was just what we were looking for. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit in Coeur d’Alene, but in a quiet neighborhood. Brooke, the property manager, was wonderful. She responded quickly to questions and even let us borrow her personal crock pot for a meal we had planned. We highly recommend this property to those wanting to visit Coeur d’Alene.

Close to Everything! Great Communication!

This owner is a 5-Star communicator! Everything was very clean, just like the pictures. Check in was as easy as putting #s into a lock. You can't ask for a better central location. We've stayed at other rentals but this house made getting to the lake, JK watersports pick up, Silverwood & tons of restaurants so easy. Costco, Winco & Fred Meyer are less than 9 minutes away. If you take the Government Way road (close to the house heading towards Hayden) you can miss most of the traffic from the other main roads (especially to Silverwood, stores, & restaurants like Texas Roadhouse, Yum)! The owner was kind & left nice snacks & plenty of starter necessities too. We did bring our own small travel Weber grill that fit nicely on the drink table at the back of the house, which enabled us to turn off the stove & cook burgers & steaks for a family of 6. It was nice to be able to sit all together inside & enjoy meals at the table. Out back you'll find 2 chairs in the patio area (close to where you park). You & another person can sit out & enjoy the hanging lights at night with a sip of wine or a cool drink. Inside, the downstairs basement area stays nice & cool. It has plenty of room to spread out with kids & watch a movie (or work out at the machines if you choose). 1 nicely decorated queen bedroom is there too. You'll find Laundry is down there as well, we LOVED having laundry hampers in each room, nice touch! It was a nice vacation rental. Thank you again!

A cozy and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our time in this lovely place. There is ample space for our family. Kitchen is well stocked. House is clean and beautifully decorated. Host is super friendly and helpful. I recommend this house to anyone who is coming to CDA.

Family stay in CDA

We came to CDA with some extended family members and this home was perfect for us! The entire home was perfectly clean, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable! Brooke was so kind and always quick to respond to questions or anything we needed. We loved being so close to downtown, everything we needed was just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible family Vacation!

This was our second time visiting coeur d’Alene for a family reunion and we are so happy we chose this home this year! The house was super clean and exactly like pictured online. My wife and I stayed with our two kids, my brother, and another family of 4… and there was plenty of space for us all! Brooke was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the booking process and stay. My wife and I are horrible with technology; Brooke came over to the house right away to show us how to use the AC and tv. Good neighborhood and close to downtown! A+ stay!
