"When I booked I didn’t realise it was a self entry hotel but the instructions provided by the manager were clear & easy to follow & I encountered no problems. My room was clean & comfortable with good amenities including a small fridge & microwave & the shower was a decent one. Overall I’d happily stay here again."

"Excellent service. The room that I was allocated had a strong smell of aftershave. Mentioning this to the lady at the reception, she immediately arranged for me to change to another room that was also bigger. My only wish would have been working light at the desk. "Clean functional rooms. Neat snack bar and bar in communal area with okay coffee. Excellent breakfast and good value. Quiet rural location."

"The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!"
