"The inside was nice, however the outside needed a LOT of repairs. The deck area and area under the house was run down and the deck lighting was knocked off the posts. The outside shower was rusted and didn’t work accurately. Lights inside also needed new light bulbs in the kitchen. It would also be nice to have cutting knives in the kitchen to use when preparing meals. There is also a hole in the floor in the master bedroom and the master bathroom closet door was ripped off the hinges. "

"It’s the cutest little place. Plenty of dishes if needed & so clean. We enjoyed the pier and even fished a little. Caught trout, catfish, panfish and even a crab lol. It’s close to stores for convenience and just overall the perfect place for a little family to get away. "

"The house inside was immaculate and was very cozy for our family of 4 including our small dog. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the exception of a large mixing bowl. The bedrooms were on the smaller side, but the beds were super comfy. There were several soft or weak areas in the hallway flooring. The property manager was contacted with an immediate response.
