"At its price point, Island Hotel was a good stay. We stayed here 1 night prior to our cruise. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated with corroded faucets and shower head, but that was fine for the one night that we stayed. A couple of the lights didn't work but wasn't a deal breaker. If you need an affordable stay for a night or two, Island Hotel will be just fine. "

"Ruby the property manager went above and beyond! She was extremely helpful! Our only issue was an odor of marijuana in our unit. The staff did what they could to mitigate the smell but that smell likes to linger!! In no way was it the fault of the property, only guests who dont like to follow the rules and have no consideration for the next guests! Ruby was very apologetic even though it wasnt her fault! It was the perfect place to stay the night before a cruise! Would have liked to have stayed...
