"We had a great 8 night stay. Handy man very responsive. Our frige went out and he brought us a cooler and ice and was fixed in short order. We got a flat tire on our rental van and he removed the tire took it to a local shop and had it fixed and returned and reinstalled it in less than an hour. in it was only 10 Of course he gave him way more for it. Having the pool and the beach was great - I would highly recomend this property!!!!"

"The home was great, communication and the response of any issues were handled expeditiously. They were always kind and provided answers to any questions that were asked of them. Property could stand to purchase a new sofa for the living room as it is pretty worn, paint off the wall in master bathroom was chipped and should be painted."

"An absolutely wonderful home. It is in a gated community with security making rounds every 30 minutes. The views speak for themselves. Every aspect of the home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen, the pool, the bedrooms, the AC.... etc, etc etc. Everything was perfect. The property manager, Alex, was by far the best manager that we have ever dealt with (and we travel using VRBO quite a bit). He was quick to respond to every question/concern that we had. We had one small issue with water...

"We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious, comfortable, lovely townhome! It’s just a few minute drive to Coco beach where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. My kids especially loved swimming in the beautiful pool, and we loved the sunset views from our bedroom window. In addition, the owners communicated with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and and always responded quickly. We highly recommend staying here!"
