The room was very clean and cozy (yes, the walls are a bit thin, but it didn’t take away from the experience). What really stood out was their customer service truly incomparable. "What a fabulous and unique experience. The little house boat was spacious for our family, clean, and had a great view out the patio. Had plenty of amenities like coffee, cups, plates utensils, beach towels, etc. There is a nice pool, free kayaks to paddle the mangroves and darling beach to watch the sunsets. (The beach isnt for swimming, but has lovely chairs and trees to enjoy the ocean views or even fish off the rocks). We cannot wait to come again!! "

"There was something wrong with the door to the room we had booked. We could not open it because it was coming off the hinges. The receptionist called maintenance who could not fix it. We ended up getting a superior room at the bay front as a free upgrade. The staff was very helpful."

"Det er et sted du ikke får stress, da wifi er meget “afslappet” forbindelse, det rager sin tid at op og downloade. Ligeledes med Netflix en serie der tager 45 min bliver til en rolig og afslappet heleaftenfilm med tid til af få en lille blunder ind i mellem uden, at man mister noget af filmen.

For that price - I would have chosen and option with a “dark corner” where all the “outlaws” could...
