On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming hallway leading to a bedroom with a super-king-size bed (twin available on request) — along with a modern shower room. Upstairs, the first floor is home to a twin bedroom, and a king bedroom, a family bathroom with shower over bath, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, while the lounge area offers beautiful views across the fells and includes a Smart TV for your entertainment. Guests also have access to a shared laundry room with washing machines, books, DVDs, and board games. Adjacent is a well-equipped games room with a pool table, dart board, extra seating, and a music system — perfect for rainy days or evening fun.
Outside, you’re welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor space — have a peaceful picnic by the pond, meet friendly farm animals like goats and alpacas, or even say hello to some resident owls.
