The location is not too far from the GTA and overlooks a beautiful lake.The unit was extremely well-equipped and comfortable. "beautiful cottage we had a very good time everything was as describe we did the best choice in booking in this cottage! Worth to drive for about hour & half from Newmarket Ontario . Beautiful water view. Everything you're looking for nature feeling is in this cottage. A place to get away from city living. Price is fair enough. Highly recommended. "A hidden gem of the Kawarthas! Brett was an amazing host, very communicative with timely responses. There were many basic amenities in case you forget. Place was clean/tidy, and had lots to do! "We had a great stay at the Riverside cottage. The house was very clean and well kept. Bedding and towels provided and so much more. Quiet and peaceful mornings and at night. We enjoyed eating our meals on the the sheltered deck overlooking the river. A fun experience swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. All gear was provided. A wonderful and memorable time spent with the family."

"My wife and I booked this Cozy Rusty Cottage as our Christmas gifts to each other and had a lovely stay despite the rainy and warm weather. The hosts were very clear with communication and gave lots of instructions and rules regarding the visit. We enjoyed the hot tub, the view of the river in the backyard and the fireplace inside the cabin. It was very private, peaceful and romantic. We are interested in renting this cabin in the summer to take advantage of the water sports available!"
