"Unfortunately we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. There were candy, cookie and medicine wrappers left in the drawer of one bedroom dresser. The bathroom vent in the master bedroom was very dirty. We had 6 adults staying in the house and were only provided with 3 full size towels. There also weren’t any napkins or paper towels in the house. We looked forward to having dinner in the yard but when we arrived it was unusable and we had not been notified. "Beautiful water views were the highlight of this property. Perfectly comfortable and quaint. Thank you for sharing!"

"The house was very spacious and had beautiful views. It was about a 10 minute drive into town. We had 2 young children with us and there was plenty to keep them occupied. "This is a very spacious and beautifully decorated home with a wonderful view of the river. It is very close to the town of Kinsale. The home is updated and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely come back here again."

"Great location, especially for a prolonged stay. Easily walkable to town center, restaurants and groceries. Also well situated to visit surrounding towns and sites. Great neighborhood feel."

"Great place for large crowds "

"Beautiful setting for the property. Out away from town but just a 15-20 minute ride to Kinsale for eating, shopping, etc. Plenty of room for large crowds and lots of outdoor activities."
