  • Bring the whole family to this ocean view 2-bedroom suite located in a peaceful neighbourhood near Cowichan Bay. Steps away from the beautiful Cherry Point beach where you can enjoy the spectacular views of Mount Baker and the Salish Sea. The ground-level suite boasts expansive windows, features heated floors, WIFI, and a smart 55" flatscreen TV. Access trails, parks, golf courses, grocery stores and restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.

    - The heated floors are industrial concrete and have staining from prior use, but have been thoroughly cleaned
    - Minimum noisy activities requested after 10 pm
    - NO SHOES worn in the house

Quiet property, close to the ocean. Was a very peaceful place to return home to each night after a busy day. Lots of amenities made for a very comfortable stay. Nice and responsive host to any questions or concerns. Close to town for groceries and other needs. Definitely would stay here again.

The location was perfect and the general area was lovely with the beach, wineries and many cute farm stands. The host, Kathryn, was incredible. The suite had everything our family of 4 needed. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood cats who came to visit while we were outside. The only drawback was the smell of high tide but that’s what you get when you’re so close to the sea. I’d recommend sea combing in the morning instead of the evening.

The actual residence was very well maintained, clean and checking in and communication was excellent. The bathroom was super clean and the towels were luxurious. I would have given it a much higher rating except for three of the four nights we stayed, there was a nauseating sewage stench in the neighborhood and inside the house. We would have moved out but nothing else around was available.

This was a great location near the water and a vineyard. Kathryn was a great host and provided everything we needed along with games and toys for the kids! The place was clean and well organized. We loved our stay. If your are looking in the Cowichan area, this is a great option.

We couldn’t find the place right away as it was late and we had no wifi. If staying at this place have your instructions printed out. The area is beautiful but we were not expecting it to be at the back of the house that was hard to find. Inside absolutely beautiful, beds comfy, bathroom very clean and lovely. Kitchen perfect set up. We wish we had more days to stay there

We stayed in October and often arrived back at the suite later at night, just a note for anyone staying in this general area, the roads get dark quick without street lights. I think this is pretty typical for the area as you are away from the city. We were able to get to victoria airport in less than an hour. Theres a grocery store not too far which made it easy to save some money on eating out. The suite has a very warm energy to it, and parking was easy. Overall, beautiful suite, great communication from host, with an easy check in and check out.
