Cool off in the plunge pool and enjoy the view of the ocean in this tropical paradise home. This home has three bedrooms, two king, one queen, each with a private bathroom. A spacious well stocked kitchen, a balcony with an ocean view, and a private pool. High speed fiber optic wifi is available throughout the whole house. You can easily work on video calls or stream movies. The floating pool looks out over the jungle, where you can often see monkeys, iguanas, and many birds. Cool off with a drink and soak up the sun and suroundings in this unique location! There is a large staircase with 80 steps leading up to the house so the ability to climb stairs is necesary. It is in the center of town, up from the popular surf break in front of Selinas north. The house is very centrally located, close to surf, shopping, restuarants and bars. From the balcony you can see the ocean, and at night you have a beautiful view of the stars. While still being conveniently located close to town and not need a 4x4 vehicle to get to the house. We provide concierge services, and can hire a private chef, bartender, or anything that you require during your stay. The house is located above our boutique hotel with a large pool, and lounge/barbeque area that you have full acess to too. There is surf boards to rent and we offer daily surf lessons as well. In the house you also have a private pool, private kitchen and ocean view. There is a large staircase with 80 steps leading up to the house, guests will need to be comfortable climbing stairs.
