"Beautiful hotel in areas but if you’re planning to stay here with a baby or you are a wheelchair user I’d maybe think again! This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram! We had to ask to change rooms and the staff on reception weren’t apologetic or friendly at all!...
"Only thing I have to add is that I think it's bad service to charge an addional fee for an early check in. (20gbp) Room was already ready and available. Good air/con even though it was 30c that day."
"Wonderful stay for 3 nights. Was nice and quit, spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. Only minus was the minimum of parking spaces and only one elevator was working. Very kind reception staff and modern and relaxed environment."
