"Jacuzzi was out of order and pool cold due to broken pump. No complimentary breakfast or discount was given. Very disappointed as only booked that hotel over others for facilities and they were unavailable. 30 minute walk to get to the main attractions"

"Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. "We love visiting Filey out of season to walk on the beach with our dog and Bliss on the Bay provided everything we needed for our short stay (& everything we would need for a longer stay too). It was modern, clean & attractively furnished and decorated. The pass for the gym and swimming pool at The Bay was provided and there is a shop and an excellent pub within the complex. The access to the beach is very steep (a little treacherous) so good footwear is essential (a longer alternative route is...
