"helpful staffs, clean and great views. unfortunately there is no laundry facilities for long stay"

"Large generous rooms with excellent views. Loved the small public onsen bath, which were free to use for guests. Location was a bit out of the way and perhaps would be difficult to access without a car, but we had relatives living nearby to drive us. But this would be a plus if seclusion is what you seek. The breakfast buffet was delicious too, though it did get very crowded if you don't go early."

"Staff were very nice. We only spoke English and they were able to help us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and again the staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and room was cleaned every day. They gave us fresh water bottles every day. I would stay there again."

"the location is good, its near train station, although the room was stinky and dirty."

"Nice room friendly staff."

"The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and on the 8th floor with a great view of Tianmu. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Bedside tables had power outlets for U.S. 3-prong plugs and USB power outlets. The WiFi signal in the hotel was strong and accessible everywhere — in the guest room, in the lobby, in the breakfast room, and even on the front patio where you could sit at tables while waiting for a taxi/Uber. The guest room had 6 different levels of lighting for brightness...

"Clean room.Excellent breakfast. Very convenient. Great staff"

"Enjoyed our stay a lot"
