"Host was responsive and accommodating. House was locked when we arrived but we were able to contact them through the ring doorbell to gain access. House was perfect for our party of three. All new appliances. Kitchen is as it appears in pictures. Steep driveway with level parking for 3 vehicles. So, if you're hauling a trailer/boat/etc...be prepared to park in the street. "

"Me and a school friend often have to travel to knoxville for a couple weeks at a time to visit our college (we're in a graduate hybrid program), and we found this house for this quarter. The location of the house is fantastic and it was really easy to get to anything we needed for our stay. The house had all of the basic amenities that you need for a short or prolonged stay. The owners were also very prompt to respond to any inquiries. I highly recommend the location for anyone who wants to...
