"Our family enjoyed this home and the community amenities. We used the pool daily and had it all to ourselves. We also hung out in the backyard daily and enjoyed the water feature. The house was well stocked with cookware. My two year old and I used the pullout and found it comfortable. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The house is in a perfect location to go to Palisade to the fruit/ vegetable stands and for dinner. It was a great place for us to stay while in town."

"Overall this property is super cute!!! We loved the house. It is the perfect size for a family and the location is great. Quite and safe area. Right between Grand Junction and Palisade. Easy access to all the things! We went everywhere from Main St., to the National Monutment,to the Mesa Lakes. Pros- All of the above. Private back patio with gas fire pit. Perfect for star gazing and having breakfast in the cool desert mornings. Two baths. Washer and dryer. We found the beds and pull out sofa...

"This quiet out of the way place was comfortable, quiet and all around a lovely experience. We didn’t get to use the hot rub because we were busy with graduation events but we would definitely stay here again when we come to Grand Junction in the future. "
