The inn itself was great, but Martha (the hostess) was the real highlight of this place. She was very welcoming, and certainly had a servant's heart. The breakfast she made was outstanding. And the cookies were delicious, too!

"I have stayed at multiple B&B's and by far this was the nicest! The family that runs it are so down to earth and treat you like family. Breakfast was amazing, I'm not sure what the chef does that's so special, but definitely one of the best omelets we have ever had!
Definitely give this place a try, it's within walking distance to restaurants, and there's a historic cemetery on the way that you can stroll through and see Stonewall Jacksons burial site and monument.
And don't forget the sunset...
