The Space:

Welcome to your inviting park-side stay in University Heights – perfect for families, friends, and travelers looking for comfort and connection. This spacious home accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1.5 baths, all while being just steps away from a park and playground.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Three bedrooms provide ample space for rest and relaxation. Each room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets, along with hangers and closet storage to keep your belongings organized. The home includes 1.5 bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer, and cleaning products. A bathtub offers a place to soak, ensuring a refreshing daily routine.



Kitchen & Dining

Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and a whirlpool stainless steel electric stove. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are available, along with dishes, chopsticks, cups, and wine glasses. A Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee makes mornings easy, and a dining table sets the stage for shared meals.



Living Spaces

Unwind in the common areas with a TV, books, and reading material, or connect to fast Wi-Fi verified at 355 Mbps for streaming 4K videos and video calls. A Nintendo system with over 620 games adds entertainment for all ages, and a dedicated workspace supports remote needs.



Outdoor Living

Enjoy a private backyard with an outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco meals, though it is not fully fenced. The nearby playground is equipped with play structures for children, providing another place to gather and play.

Central air conditioning and heating ensure comfort throughout the seasons, complemented by an indoor electric fireplace for added warmth. A free washer and dryer make laundry simple during longer stays.



Safety & Access

The property is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Check-in is easy with a smart lock and private entrance. Free driveway parking is available on site for up to five cars.



Family & Travel-Friendly

Guests traveling with little ones can request a baby bath for a fee. Long-term stays are welcome, making it a practical option for extended visits.



Pet Policy

This pet-friendly home allows a maximum of two dogs for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog require approval and incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund.



With its park-side location, spacious amenities, and thoughtful details, this home offers a comfortable base whether you’re exploring Cleveland just 20 minutes away, staying connected with work, or simply enjoying time together.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as access to the public park and playground directly next door.



Getting Around:

We have a detached 2 car garage that guests are welcome to use, as well as a driveway that can comfortably fit around 5 vehicles.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

Damage protection (required, processed before arrival). Choose either a $500 refundable security deposit — a pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection — or a non-refundable $40 damage waiver covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.



📌NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
