✹ Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the card on file.
✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:
✔ Pet Cleanup: $500 - $1000 (minimum), depending on the severity
✔ Party Cleanup: $750 Minimum
✔ Smoking Remediation: $700
✔ Damaged Towels: $20 Each
