I had to clean the headboard because there was a suggestive looking substance on the headboard, dirty windowsills, a screw on the floor, chipping plaster, damaged bathroom door. It’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed at for the money. 150 dollars for a night I expected better and cleaner. Disappointed.

Never Ever Again! Terrible! We stayed based off other reviews from people who also traveled out of state to the Cleveland clinic.We had 9 hour 3 flights to get here exhausted at check in and the next day 7 hours at the Cleveland Clinic ,We changed rooms 2x and the second room we realized bed was not changed. No house keeping offered sheets and only 2 pillow cases, and they never launder the mattress covers! Which are not waterproof! I had a cracked rib it was hard to even breathe. But they said they would change the unclean bed. Person showed up and said “sorry I don’t get paid to change the bed.” Housekeeping is gone. Locked out of room 2x had to get the cards rekeyed. No usb outlets in room. Had to walk to buy ports. Also bathtub had pubic hair and human hair and dirt. Had to clean with my Lysol wipes I brought with me. There was feces on the bathroom wall. Carpets are filthy. The smoking are is right in front of the doors so you’re walking through a cloud of smoke and then you smell like smoke. The room smelled like smoke. The manager apparently left early Wednesday (day we checked in was Thurs.) and would not be back until Monday. So know assistant Manager and no resolution. They charged me 2 x for my stay on 2 cards! When I pointed it out it was an argument and again no resolution! Never Again! Calling corporate! I expect a full refund! No one should have to deal with a terrible Hotel stay when traveling for Medical appointments from out of state! Terrible!

Morning staff in charge of breakfast was rude, exit door on our wing was broke, bed was dirty, crumbs were all over the carpet, I stayed here due proximity to the hospital to recover from surgery, that clearly was a mistake. Large gap under the room door allows you to hear everything as well as providing a nice light to annoy you at 3am. The only useful person was the guy who checked us in on Sunday evening. The beds are very low to the floor and are not comfortable.

Comfortable INN
This facility is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good and there are also several restaurants and shopping centers nearby if they are serving anything to your liking. My only suggestion is that they inform the guests at check in or have a sign in the room regarding maid service. If not requested the night before your room won't be cleaned, trash not emptied, no fresh towels and beds won't get made.

I bought a suite for the evening, the listing said the living area was separate from the sleeping area. Not exactly separate, but the other side of the room. Not what I planned for.

Sorry, for the inconvenience but our property does not have one-bedroom suites. On our site it does states that we have suites available because we have larger room suites. Plus, we do advertise efficiency suites and they are not one-bedroom suites.

Unhappy with rooms we received when we checked in. Original reservation was for (2) rooms, each with Queen bed. When we arrived we were given (2) handicapped rooms with Queen beds.
