"Very reasonable cost, i had a medical issue with my kegs and didnt realize there was no elevator when i booked the room. They immediately upgraded me at no charge to help me out, and got me on the floor that didnt require stairs to go to and from my room.
My only complaint...the pool was on another floor only accessible by stairs. Was VERY disappointed because part of my therapy was water walking. I made it but was an incredibly painful tiresome ascent up the MANY stairs to get to my floor...
