"We had such a good time at the River Lodge! When we pulled into the parking lot, we weren't sure what we had gotten ourselves into, but once we entered the gate, it was like an oasis. The pool is beautiful, the restaurant was good, and the room was very comfortable. We had a nice mattress and pillows, soft towels, a fireplace, and a smart TV. We will be staying there again on our next trip to Paso Robles. "

" Cute hotel but the Room was tiny. There was no microwave or coffee in room. No bathtub. No pool or hot tub. Courtyard was smaller than pictured two fire pits in the middle of parking lot. Not much privacy - rooms face each other and have thin shared cabin walls. Breakfast was yogurt or coffee cake with only 4 chairs in the tiny dining area … not many options. It was clean, cozy and walking distance to downtown. Staff was friendly. Everything was just smaller than expected. "

"Employees were nice and helpful. The beds are ok, but a bit on the harder side. The rooms are clean, but the overall standard is pretty low. The TV did not work and was hidden in a wardrobe so you could only view it from one of the two queen beds, the bathtub was some kind of plastic with stains, and the walls are pretty thin. "

"Immaculate and friendly staff. The room was dated, but this is an old motel. The bed was comfy, the pillows were great, the shower was strong. There is nothing fancy at all about this place, but it's homey and very convenient. Would definitely stay here again."

Vi havde brug for hjælp i receptionen men måtte vente 20 minutter, da der ikke var noget personale. Der var flere, der ventede på at tjekke ind, og en enkelt gav op og fandt et andet hotel. "

"The room was great, bed was a little soft for me. I would've given 5 stars if the bed was firmer but that's just preference thing. The thing that I appreciated the most is that I forgot my wallet in the room and I got a call within 10mins of leaving the premises to let me know that. I wasn't to far from the hotel so I was able to get back there and pick it up. Nothing speaks louder to me than honest staff.
