"Staff was friendly and helpful . The room was clean and quiet . The bed was especially comfortable and had great blankets ! The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel had amazing food and was a really cool atmosphere hang out and have a drink . Overall it was a really nice place to stay. "

They tried to give us a downgraded room for the same price at our first check-in at our second check-in we got the kitchenette we reserved, but it was pretty gross. It looked like they had just thrown the room together and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The beds were gross. The floor was dirty and the closet had dirty laundry in it."

"Beautiful & very well maintained! The easy use of the kitchen to make our dinner & then the relaxation of eating outside in the serene yard was just what we needed after driving all day. Care takers were very friendly & even offered us some of their home made Texas cake, which was delicious! As a final bonus, they offer breakfast coupons for a fun cafe right across the street! The Gibson is definitely worth the value & is an exceptional place to stay! "
