It was terrifying experience for me, as I entered junkie ( unhoused man) approached us for a pack of cigarettes and insisted us to give him a ride so he can buy those. We were not feeling safe by his approach so we told him we will go and buy it for him, just so he doesn't bother or harm us in future. But he insisted and we couldn't run as it was midnight time. "Arrived at our 3pm check in time which turned to us getting into our room at 3:50pm. Made us rush to get ready for a concert that started at 6:00pm. Venue was 50 minutes away. Was disappointed in having to wait almost an hour for our room. They didn’t mention on the website there was a 100$ fee for having a pet stay with you. Had to pay that extra. Pet thing may of been my issue as I haven’t hotel stayed with a pet before. Room was clean and decent, staff was nice."
