The Price includes:

In open countryside, dominated by the fascinating trachytic rock on which the borgo of Roccastrada stands, we come to Cottage Violapo, a little corner of refuge, ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and breaking with routine. A snug, warm and welcoming environment. You enter directly into the living area created inside a winter garden which guarantees light and a complete view of the park and the outdoor areas; if necessary, a part of it can be made independent and transformed into an additional sleeping area. The kitchen is well organised with all amenities at hand; the bedrooms has a view and direct access to the garden. Finishing touches made with simple Tuscan materials, from the terracotta floor to the stone surrounding the fireplace and the colour of the upholstery that fits naturally into the context. The cottage was completely renovated in 2022 and four years later a major intervention on the roof was made, transforming it with ventilation and insulation. Outdoors are areas allowing you to make the most of this space and enjoy the green that surrounds it completely. From the gazebo furnished with table and chairs, barbecue and wood oven, to the corner that you will defintiely appreciate: an exclusive wellness area where you will be spoiled for choice between a refreshing swim in the pool or a regenerating session in the Jacuzzi tub, without forgetting the characteristic wooden sauna with an open-air wall to relax body, eyes and mind.

Interior:
The cottage, restored and enlarged at the end of 2022, develops on a single level. The main entrance leads directly into the sitting-dining room created in a "winter garden". The living area is completed by a comfortable and well furnished kitchen. From the living room, equipped with a cozy sofa bed, through a hallway, you reach two double bedrooms, one of which with en-suite bathroom with shower and another bathroom serving the second room. From the right side of the living room there is access to a bedroom with en suite bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the garden through a French window.
Park:
The cottage is located in the centre of a green lawn between two hills, with 3300 sq m of garden in which flowering shrubs and fruit trees, oaks and roses alternate. The outdoor area extends for a further 10,000 m of flat terrain. Dining outdoors under the gazebo next to the cottage or having a snack lying on a rug on the lawn, walking barefoot to establish direct contact with nature and feeling the sense of freedom. Dinner under the profusion of stars that appear on summer evenings, the scent of the wood oven, with the crickets singing, sipping a glass of good Sangiovese and switching off your mind to recharge your batteries. It is no coincidence that the external sauna is the protagonist of this natural context, created in a barrel-like structure with a beautiful panoramic front window; the interior is made of red alder and it is powered by a wood stove with essential oils and honey to accompany the ritual of the relaxing Finnish sauna. Upon request, to perfect your post-sauna, a delicious Birch Beer will certainly satisfy your palate
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
A short distance from the Jacuzzi tub and the sauna, lending itself to being an integral part of the wellness programme offered by this location, is the rectangular swimming pool, built in 2020, which measures 8 x 6 with the depth ranging from 10 cm to 1.5 m. There is night lighting and a 50 sq m solarium, partly lawn and partly paved, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a gazebo with table and chairs for breakfast. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
Pets: Yes. € 50,00 per animal per week or part of week.
