Osa Property Management’s Full-time Concierge team will contact you after you have made your reservation. In addition, Epic Costa Rica Tours and Vacation Planning Team will contact you regarding any local assistance you may need/trips/excursions/transportation/ to make your trip in Costa Rica memorable and enjoyable! We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports. Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day from local airlines. We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica as relaxing as you want it to be so everyone experiences ‘Pura vida’!

This home is located in Ojochal, Costa Rica.

Ojochal is home to beaches, restaurants. grocery stores, pharmacies, a turtle and animal reserve and even a library.

Playa Tortuga is a very common beach and has a south and a north entrance. Reserva Playa Tortuga is located en route to the south entrance of the beach, and is a volunteer organization that protects, tracks and studies turtles, caymans and birds in the area. Be sure to drop by Reserva Playa Tortuga when visiting Playa Tortuga (beach)

Ojochal is known throughout Costa Rica as home to some of the country's best restaurants, including Citrus, Exotica, Potz and Fusion. There are plenty of other restaurants, all with different menus. In addition, to fine dining there is live music most evenings at Los Gatos Locos (the crazy cats), fine baked items/gluten free options and there are simple, authentic Costa Rica restaurants with their rice and beans, casadas and fruit juices.

Guests routinely see and/or hear toucans, howler monkeys, scarlet macaws, blue morpho butterflies and other amazing wildlife found in the nearby Costa Rican jungle.


Guests can arrive anytime after 3 pm although we strongly recommend Guests arrive during the afternoon or early evening. There are no streetlights or street signs in Ojochal to help guide you. Guests will be given map links and photo instructions to arrive.

The entire property, home and the swimming pool are 100% private. There are NO shared spaces.

Guests will need a 4x4 vehicle to access the property. Our travel planning partner, Epic Costa Rica Tours, will assist Guests by providing recommendations to enjoy in the area, reserving a rental vehicle, private transportation or any other trip request Guests may have.
