We’re delighted to host you and hope you enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by the rainforest, wildlife, and beautiful ocean views. To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please keep these quick guidelines in mind:

• The home is for registered guests only. No parties, events, or visitors.
• Please respect the peaceful jungle setting — quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• Use the pool at your own risk; no glass near the pool and children must be supervised. If you are staying with children or under age teens you will be the only one responsable for their safety
• Please use air conditioning and fans responsibly: keep doors/windows closed and turn it off when leaving.
• Turn off lights, ACs, fans, and any other electrical appliances when there are not need it.
• Any damage or loss of the FF&E ( furniture, finishes & equipment) will be responsibility of the guest
• A 4x4 SUV is required for safe access due to the mountain road.
