"This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). "Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"The property was awful, elevator broken, stains on stairs and most of the furniture. Door knob was loose, door hard to open, inside latch on door broken off and room smelled wet. We immediately left and gave back the keys - felt unsafe. We were offered another room but from what we saw it wouldn’t have made a difference. They even recommended another hotel to us which let us know they know they are aware of their issues. Would not recommend this to anyone."

"Breakfast was good. Bar was good. Staff was great. Only problem I had was nobody body soap little shampoo, little conditioner in the shower the staff that cleans the rooms don’t pay attention to how they are."

"No working elevator. Had to switch rooms because the keys weren’t working on our reserved room. So up and down and up and down. No ice in the ice machine on the second floor…so up and down and up and down. Still charged full price though. Oh…and the toilet was leaking from the bottom."

"I would never stay at this property again or recommend it to anyone looking for temporary housing. The experience was horrible from start to finish. Every time I tried to open my room door, it would take 3–4 attempts just to get inside. On top of that, there was constant knocking noises 24/7. At first I thought it was construction outside, but the noise was actually coming from somewhere around the bathroom area and continued all through the night — even at 1–2 AM. It was extremely annoying and...

"We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...

"Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled."

"Hotellet er helt nedslidt, og der var snavset på værelset. Døren til værelset gik konstant i baglås. Manageren var flink men blev mere og mere beruset som dagen gik. Morgenmaden var uspiselig. Receptionisten kiggede aldrig op, enten lå hun og sov på disken eller sad med sin mobil. rengøringspersonalet snakkede højlydt i telefon på facetime under hele morgenmaden. "
