The accommodation is referred to as the "West Wing" of a Victorian home, in Preston, on the outskirts of Cirencester, and offers 4 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. It also boasts a French-style courtyard.

There is free on-premises parking for 4 cars.

The accommodation is the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy a wonderful stay in the idyllic Cotswolds, whether it be using the house as a base from which to explore the Cotswolds, or relaxing at the house with its courtyard and perhaps taking in some local country walks.

The accommodation spans two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests and dating back to the 19th century with original features.

Guests enter through the secure courtyard, into a bright kitchen-diner with seating for 8 people. The kitchen caters for 8 guests, and has a Ninja multi- functional table-top oven, including an air fryer, giving guests flexibility around meal times.

Through the kitchen is the living room, with plenty of seating, a modern TV, and Wi-Fi.

The first floor has 4 spacious double rooms, each with en suite bath/shower and WC. Two rooms have garden and meadow views, and
two look onto the courtyard and village. All bedrooms have a TV and there is plenty of storage space. All bedrooms come with hotel-quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries, winter and summer feather duvets, and a choice of feather or non-feather pillows. Three of the bedrooms have original internal wooden shutters and
all rooms have lined and interlined curtains.

Outside is an illuminated courtyard, with table and chairs, perfect for dining al fresco. In the driveway there is parking for 4 cars.

Please, no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to give you access to the
accommodation sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests
staying the night before.

CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Guests will have private access to the whole accommodation of the West Wing, including the private courtyard area.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
