Beautifully converted to offer the warmest of welcomes, boasting open plan accommodation with vaulted ceilings and three wonderful bedrooms each having their own facilities.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric and underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair (available on request). Welcome pack. Front garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Sorry, no hen or stag parties.. The Potting Shed, converted in 2022, has been finished to a very high standard to create the perfect place to make lasting memories. Pristine and gracefully furnished, this luxury cottage is set on one level with underfloor heating throughout, enjoy charming views over the surrounding countryside. Guests will love the contemporary open-plan living area space which is stylish and boasts character and light. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area is a great space to enjoy a meal together. After a fun-filled day exploring The Cotswolds why not kick back and spend your evening in the garden with seating to enjoying a glass of wine! The owners have lovingly restored this property and created something truly luxurious. So much detail has gone into it, from the fixtures and fittings to the lighting and soft furnishings. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with access to the garden. There are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, each with their own en-suites.

Nestled in the tranquil Cotswold village of Hatherop, The Potting Shed is the perfect location for a walking break or romantic retreat. Surrounded by miles of unspoilt countryside, there are numerous footpaths that pass through the village and lead through fabulous scenery towards the surrounding villages and towns. The Cotswolds is renowned for its beauty, and this is the perfect location to enjoy the local area. There are many opportunities to enjoy a leisurely stroll, energetic ramble, or pleasant bike ride through the countryside. Sailing, water-skiing, riding, golf, trout, and coarse fishing are all available locally both in Lechlade and The Cotswold Water Park.

Nearby in Coln St Aldwyns you will find a village shop and pub. The characterful market towns of both Lechlade and Fairford are close by, with many quintessential Cotswold villages to explore including Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, and plenty of sporting activities to indulge in including water sports, boating on the Thames, fishing, golf, walking and horse riding. The Cotswolds boasts some of the best family attractions and visitors of all ages will be spoilt for choice. The Potting Shed (UK37788) can be booked together with The Cart House (UK37784) to accommodate up to 10 guests.

We had a wonderful visit in Hatherop. Our apartment was perfect for 6 people. It was tucked into the village and so close to the New Inn which was such yummy food. Very centrally located to all of the site we wanted to see. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the eggs and chocolate bread the gave us were both quickly eaten! That was a nice surprise,

Holidaying in luxury and elegance.

Holidaying in luxury and elegance. The property is incredibly well appointed and at a level we have never experienced in a stay of this kind. The interior is spacious and each of the three bedrooms has an en suite shower and toilet which makes for a degree of independent living. The decor is tasteful and bright. The garden area has a long lawned area which emphasises the feeling of space, and a patio where sitting and dining out benefits from a sense of absolute privacy. Hatherop is a small village, so don't expect the supermarket and pub across the road. On the other hand, there is a shop 15 minutes walk away which sells excellent freshly baked bread and a limited range of good wine. Down from the shop is The New Inn, a lovely establishment with a restaurant providing excellent food. The general area is one of outstanding rural beauty. We could not recommend this place more highly. There is simply nowhere where you get everything imaginable and what you get here is a lot.

The potting shed is aesthetically a very beautiful converted property. The garden is very well maintained & a pleasure to sit in.It is very nearly a 5* but is Missing a few creature comforts firstly MIRRORS in both of the double bedrooms, throws for the beds for chilly nights & soap dishes for the bathrooms.(A couple of sun loungers for the beautiful maintained peaceful garden wouldn’t go a miss lol). The main town Cirencester is only a 20 minutes drive away with little lanes to discover.. Furfield 10 mins drive & some beautiful pubs scattered on route. Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow & Daylesford about a 40 mins drive away. A great location.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cotswolds & loved staying in the potting shed even though a couple of creature comforts was missing we will definitely be returning….. maybe next year will be a 5*
