"The first room we had was falling apart, including a window that wouldn't close on the FIRST FLOOR. Front desk staff was able to give us another room the next morning. There is no breakfast as offered. I would say you get what you pay for, but the price should honestly be lower."

"My wife and I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and we’ve loved it. It’s nice and clean and spacious and the amenities are excellent. And the free breakfast in the morning is fantastic. And being right next to downtown Hartford makes it super convenient as well."

"Everyone was friendly and nice very clean the pool was amazing and super clean my family and i we love it and we willing to come back again the sliding door was perfect bc my husband and i we smoke. Thanks again first time experience 10/10. My 2 sons like it the snack lobby they kept buying lol 😂 but so did my husband and i 😍♥️😈🤪😂thanks again Ramada family "
