"Virkelig den sødeste værtinde - hun gjorde alt for at man følte sig godt tilpas. Eneste minus var, at sengen var meget hård. Men det er en objektiv vurdering, og skal ikke skade denne anmeldelse."

"Nice spot in Casale, easy walk to downtown. The room was comfortable and large. The sheets were soft, and the pillows were great. Breakfast was also great, with lots of options. All in all, a very pleasant stay. "

(a self-contained commercial establishment which attempts to provide for most of a vacationer's wants while remaining on the premises) It was probably more what I would call an old monastery where one could find peace - also I can not understand a concept called 'Bed and Breakfast' where breakfast NOT being served."

"Hotellet er en smule tricky at finde pga alle de ensrettede gader, men man kan jo lege italiener og blæse dem en hatfuld. Når man først er på stedet, mødes man af et meget venligt personale, og værelserne er meget fine. Vi havde valgt hotellet, fordi vi skulle have parkeret 2 MC-er sikkert. Det foregik i hotellets aflåste baggård, og der var intet vi kunne gøre for at forhindre den aldrende og dårligt gående portier i at spring rundt med vor opbakning. Absolut et besøg værd."

"Dette unikke sted var ganske enkelt fantastisk. En stille plancering på toppen af en af bakkerne i Piemonte. Stedet var gennemrestaureret med ekstremt flotte materialer og med et interriør, som var udvalgt med omhu. Temaet på stedet med "Den Lille Prins" var totalt gennemført. Vi spiste alle aftener på stedet, hvor Giovanni, Clotilde og Franco lavede den fremragende mad og serverede den med elegance og et glimt i øjet. Vi kommer tilbage."
