"Wish we could have stayed longer than one night! The hotel is a short walk to the harbor and close to all main attractions & restaurants. We arrived early & were greeted by Arlene, who was so welcoming & helpful! She took our bags, marked a map with many great recommendations and even pulled some strings to get our room ready early. Great experience, we will return!"

"I was in town for the big car show. I picked the Pendray because I figured my wife would like it, she loved it. The staff was great, and the included tiered breakfast were delicious. The Pendray is an old mansion, and didn’t have air conditioning, so take that into account in the summer. We live in an old house, so that wasn’t really an issue for us."

"We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful it was like stepping back in time. Staff are amazing can’t do enough for you. Your stay here includes breakfast we are vegetarian and also do not eat eggs this was accommodated for with no issues. We were also leaving before breakfast time on our final day so they arranged for a to go breakfast for us which was so nice of them. I had also left my coat in the room on check out and they kindly arranged for this to be posted to family in Toronto...

"Such a sweet and special spot! The room was clean and had what we needed to cook a few meals. The game room was delightful and our kids enjoyed borrowing a dvd to watch in the rooms. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and the hotel's proximity to so many activities; Parliament was just down the street! Thank you for a wonderful stay."

Beautiful views of the harbor and even a little park along the water to relax. Location is great for a walk along the seawall or quick walk to downtown food and shopping. Only minor thing was that the AC didn’t seem to coordinate with the thermostat and was a bit warm set at even 68!

"The caftesmenship of these old Victorian homes is amazing . The doors, stairway, furniture and bed. There is even a chandelier in the bathroom. The breakfast and service was outstanding.The downside was our couch was worn-out. It was threadbare. And the bed tended to slope to the middle. Overall, an excellent B&B"
