To ensure a safe and secure environment for all our guests, we conduct background and ID verification. Also, you'll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit (a hold on your credit card) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

⚠️ Important: If you are arriving on Sunday and Monday after 11 PM, only the garage staff can give you the keys (not the concierge). The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning. ⚠️

You’ll receive a personalized link with simple, step-by-step instructions that guide you through the background check, the optional damage waiver, and the rest of the check-in process—making your arrival seamless and stress-free.



⏰ The concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, except on Sundays and Mondays. For arrivals after 11 PM on those days, check-in will be assisted by the garage staff. Please notify us of any late arrivals by 8 PM on your check-in day.

🚗 Complimentary valet parking included—suitable for mid-size SUVs. Valet parking services do not accept any pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs, such as the Tahoe.

🔑 Fobs can't access the eligible spaces during non-amenity space hours. Also, each unit is limited to one key/fob, and we are unable to issue an extra one.

⚠️ Please Note: The building have a strict policy allowing a maximum of 2 guests at any given time. Visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted, regardless of whether they are staying overnight. This is enforced by building management, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Other Things to Note:

Pre-Arrival Verification: For the security of our community, all guests must complete a verification process through our trusted partner, SuiteOp, before check-in instructions are released. You will receive a personalized link to guide you.



- The primary guest must pass a secure criminal background check (no SSN required) and submit a government-issued photo ID.

- Any secondary guest must also provide a government ID.

- For same-day bookings, this must be completed within one hour of booking. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry without a refund.



Check-In & Late Arrivals:

- The primary guest on the booking must pick up the keys in person and present a valid ID.

- If you plan to arrive after 11 PM on a Sunday or Monday, you must notify us by 8 PM on your check-in day so we can arrange for the garage staff to assist, as the concierge desk is closed. Failure to provide notice will delay your check-in until 7 AM the next morning.



Amenities & Unit Details:

- Building amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance beyond our control.

- The apartment's decor may vary slightly from photos, but style and quality are consistent.

- We provide an initial supply of consumables (like coffee and toiletries). Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed.

- A Smart TV is provided; you must use your own accounts for streaming services. Please log out before departure.



Safety & Policies:

- For your security, outdoor security cameras are present in the building's common areas. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

- The building management does not accept or hold packages for guests.

- While cannabis is legal in Ohio, our unit remains strictly smoke-free. You may occasionally notice odors in common areas, which are beyond our control.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and reviewing our cancellation policy carefully. This will help ensure you’re protected in the event of any unexpected changes to your travel plans.
