Please note that the building management may request registration of service animals and emotional service animals and upon check-in and may require documentation for your pet. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in the building refusing to accept your pet, leading to cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
➤A fully refundable $250 security deposit is required. It is collected securely through our trusted property management system and covers incidents such as intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs.
➤Guests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform.
➤Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.
➤Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.

A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $300 WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
《 Security Deposit Policy 》
➤ A security deposit will be collected to cover specific incidents such as lost or unreturned keys/fobs, or damage to/staining of household linens. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met.
《 NO SMOKING 》
Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.
《 PETS 》
➤Evidence of pets will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests in addition to any damage and unexpected cleaning required.
《 NO PARTIES》
There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》
All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
➤A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
《 SECURITY CAMERA 》
Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.
《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》
Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
《 CHECK-IN TIMES 》
Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals.
《 GARBAGE 》
Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash dumpster by the parking lot.
《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》
Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.
《 LIGHTS 》
Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
《 SHOES》
Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.
《 COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES 》
We appreciate guests who value maintaining the integrity of the building community and its rules and policies. By confirming this reservation, you comply to respect any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
