"It is an outstanding hotel. Fabulous finishes, pristine, new rooms. Great location and very walkable. Good gym and skilled spa professionals. Overall - nearly flawless.
Two suggestions. First, change the red dirty carpet leading to the bar — it is the first thing people see about the hotel, and it is disappointing. Second, ask staff to pay a bit lore attention to restocking tea/coffee. It was not always done. "

"The property is perfect for families, as their suites are much more spacious than standard hotel rooms. The suites are modern, and the amenities such as shampoo and body wash were great. Their app made it easy to communicate with the front desk, and responses were always prompt. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Montreal."

Definitively veterans in the hospitality industry. The only negative I have this visit is that the constant whooshing noise from the elevators kept me up one of the nights so my advice is to not book any rooms that end in 22 or 23.
