"I really have nothing to say in reference to liking the property. I was very surprised. It was probably one of the worst hotels or in. I should say that I’ve ever been in.
We booked because it was walking distance to a concert there.
The lady on the front desk, Nora was very kind and helping us through the ordeal, but in regards to management the manager, Natasha was not accommodating when it came to refunding our booking.
We walked into the hotel checked in, looked at our room. I was not...

"My brother’s car was one of at least 3 cars to have its window broken and car broken into in the parking lot this week alone. Other hotels in the area have security guards in their parking lots. This hotel doesn’t. Other hotels have signs to alert you that St. John’s has a high rate of car break ins. This hotel doesn’t.
Staff went to clean the glass before my brother even found out his window was broken.
The police came as there was blood on his vehicle and around the ground near it. And they...
