Only improvement I could think of: You could perhaps upgrade the vending machines to accept IC.

"Amazing view of Mt. Fuji. Room was clean. Onsen was clean and with many great baths. All staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied – Japanese, Western, as well as many other types.
It’s a bit out of the way and not in neither Fujikawaguchiko nor Fujiyoshida. We took the bus directly to the door of the hotel from Tokyo (which was great when arriving late!) – but we had already planned to rent a car to get around, so we knew the location wasn’t going to be a problem for us."
